“El personal es muy amable, pero no escuchan suficientemente al cliente. Puesto que llegué por la tarde y sólo tienen servicio de cambio de toallas cada segundo día les dije que entonces el día siguiente a mi llegada , por mi no hacía falta que limpiasen tampoco la habitación. Varias veces lo indiqué, argumentando lo de las toallas y que acababa de llegar. Bueno, pues al segundo día no la limpiaron tampoco, llegué a la noche y reclamé y estuvieron un rato para limpiar la habitación, reaccionaron...

The gardens and surroundings so well maintained, they were coming and cleaning the apartment and changing bedsheet everyday!!!!!!! The highlight were the people(staff). “Me gustó la tranquilidad que da ser un hotel "adults only". También la amabilidad de algunos empleados. Y muy importante, el aire acondicionado funciona bien. No me gustó la actitud de algunos empleados y que las opiniones de transporte público son escasas. La carta del bar de la piscina un poco justa. Y no hay máquina de café con leche en el desayuno. Hay que pedir expresamente leche caliente y añadirle un sobre de café soluble.”

“Brilliant location. Very clean and quiet. It is tiny - as shown in pics - with a bunkbed and small bathroom. No windows. But perfect for a comfortable sleep. There was free water in the fantastic shared kitchen. Coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kettle…lots of kichenware.
