“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark...

“Excelente hotel todos muy amables , muy recomendable”

“Sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. ”

“Location was perfect, close to city center and historical sites. City is busy and little crazy to drive in but is fun if you are up for the adventure. The hotel was impeccable and since the moment we got there the staff was helpful. Digital keys are always hassle free. Room had everything we needed and more. Hotel has only a couple spots for parking if you have a car but only a block away there is a parking garage which had really great service. Also around the corner there is a great...

“Un lugar muy hospitalario ”

“Very clean, modern and nice decoration. The staff is friendly.”

“The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

“Room is looking not as ok the picture.Dusty inside of the room.Uncomfortable mattress on the couch.Unless, beautiful beach with very nice restaurants, especially Blanco. Good for a few days but not for a week and for small families or pairs.Friendly staff in the hotel but on the evening was a few guys who were unpleasant. Better to take some hotel or apartment near to the Heraklion. But next time i will go to Agios Nikolaos, much better than Heraklion.”

“Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return ”

“Tres bien”
