We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfy. But the best part is that every staff member we talked to or ran into was so kind and helpful! We would definitely stay here again! Also, the price was a bargain for all that we got! 💕

This was a great value for a nice hotel just off the interstate. Enjoyed the hot tub and large indoor pool. My only complaint is the parking garage was filthy and required payment, but I understand it doesn't belong exclusively to the hotel so I'm sticking with my five stars.

Two lamps didn’t have light bulbs. Libby gave me one, maintenance never did show up with the second. Exhaust fan in bath room didn’t work. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Check-in was terrible. We were at motel at 4!5pm and were told that we couldn't check in for at least a half an hour because the rooms weren't clean. Went back at 6pm and had to wait a half an hour to check in. Lot of people to check in plus the check-in person left the desk for about 15 min. before coming back (with no apologies). In spite of that, room was cleans and beds were very comfortable.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We had an event on Sunday in the Hawkeye Room, which was set up for our event, staff present did not seem to know about the event and we had to arrange with them to get a tub with ice for our drinks. They were helpful guiding folks to where we were. One of the rooms I reserved did not have a TV. that worked for a least a couple days and we did not have soap and shampoo in either shower, which I asked about but nothing happened. Parking was ok in the garage, but elevator was not working, which made for a lot more getting up and down stairs. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. Had hoped that the restaurant /bar would have been open as advertised.

Definitely would not stay here again. The AC in the room did not work. I stayed 3 nights and did not get housekeeping a single day, when I arrived my room only had 1 towel, the next day I went to ask for towels at the front desk and I got lucky because the following day I had to come to the front desk since the pool area had 0 towels and was told they didn't have available. When I went to ask for towels I witnessed a line of unhappy people who were being told there were no rooms available to check them even though they had reservations which surprised me as half the hotel seemed empty. The parking garage has seen better days, and the stairs that lead from the garage have garbage and stink like piss. I also noticed several cracked windows throughout the building. This hotel seems like it was quite nice at some point but that time is long gone. Also do not bother wasting your time and money at the "restaurant" that is inside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there were a couple spots of water damage. It was weird that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so you had to leave the door cracked or it would become a sauna after a shower. The parking garage was really sketchy and literally falling apart. It is best to park on the street.
