I loved our stay at the Pirate Inn,the people were so welcoming and helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay and was lovely and clean and very organised. We would definitely be happy to stay again when we are in the area. Great location meant that it was just a ten minute walk to the town centre and the harbour.

The hotel part of the venue was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were very good. The location was great for where we wanted to be. The motel offered both cabins and rooms and had ample off-street parking. Unfortunately we had a room that was very tight to move in, although it was clean. The shower couldn't be regulated and ran hot and cold constantly. Hardly had any sleep due to road noise and the almost constant sound of water running in a pipe. I don't know the cabins would be like but probably better that the hotel room.

More than adequate parking. Bar was well stocked. The room was clean but not very well maintained. The fridge in the room was very noisy and we had to switch it off in the middle of the night. There was an issue with the floor by the side of the bed which caused me to trip and fall. This needs to be repaired properly. The staff were friendly.

We stayed in a cabin at the Pirate Inn Penzance. It was brilliant. You could feel the cleanliness. . Everything you needed for a stay was in the cabin, toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, get the idea it was all there ' hairdryer, fridge , little brush & dustpan. Really rea.ly comfortable place to stay. We had dinner at the inn, just a few steps from the cabin. . A good selection on the menu and nice welcoming staff.

Brilliant location for us and lovely interior of old country pub. I had booked a room which had a fridge which was a bonus. There were 4 pods on the site and hubbie said might have liked staying in one. After a disaterous glamping weekend in a bell tent, not the tent bring the problem but rowdy group in next tent I chose a room. Def going back when visiting again and will book a pod next time. Food was great as well and reasonable

The mattress let it down, thin and very soft. We live only an hour away, stayed so could enjoy a wine tasting without worrying about driving. We got up at 5.30am and went home to bed!! The pod was clean but basic, ok for one night. Staff friendly and helpful.

I was in Penzance for a weekend conference. I just needed local accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The Pirate Inn provided even more than that. I had Room 1 in the pub itself. It was a small room but beautifully laid out and decorated. Ensuite bathroom (with a bath!). And a fridge. And an abundant supply of refreshments. If I had had more time I would have liked to have enjoyed the pub and food onsite. Thank you so much to the staff who were very welcoming.
