Clean confortable rooms, staff always available to help. The restaurant had good prices, served more than enough food with good taste. There was no covered parking, parked on the street in front of hotel.

The property is very nice , room is comfortable but needs at least a small table to eat. I didn't have issue with parking ,I luckily found parking in front of the hotel each night i stood there. You do hear noise that comes from the outside, depends how loud it is. Overall , i will stay in this hotel again.

The staff is super excellent. The hotel is new and clean. They need a few things in the rooms, such as a full-size mirror, a computer desk for some of us who work in the rooms, and an ironing board. You need to eat at the hotel's restaurant, lunch and dinner only. The mofongo is awesome, and the pastries are 5 stars! I highly recommend the cheesecake.

I like the price for one night. I don't like that the employees need more experience. In my room 404, there was no remote control. I reported it to a female employee and she told me that another guest take it to the from desk and no one has returned it to the room. That answer for me is absurd. The pool area needs more cleaning.

They should have two chairs and a table available in the rooms. My husband had to sit on the floor to eat his breakfast because there was no second chair. Also, they should offer the breakfast alternative.

No hotel sponsored activities, you are on your own to get entertainment.Very good service and reasonable prices at the hotel, restaurant and bar. This is great if you want to relax for a few days. Clean and confortable rooms.
