Cat food remained from the last guest all over the floor and in the bedding. Usually had to ask staff twice before they would make up the room. Staff had no change or soap pods available for the laundry machines, some of which ate your money. Poorly managed property. The beds were comfortable and the AC cold, no complaints there.

The hotel on the beach, kitchen was handy. We were not happy with the toilet not flushing good. The bathroom sink continued to plug and drain very slowly. Walls were very thin, heard talking in the next room late in the night. Water temperature fluctuates while showering. Likely won’t book again.

The location can’t be beat. The front desk staff was a lovely young woman. The cleanliness of the place was hard to be in for us. The first room was full of dirt and you could tell the corners and edges of the bathroom floor never really get cleaned. The lovely staff did upgrade us to a better suite so that was nice but the couch was full of stains and had sand on it. The beds were clean and the little kitchen was a nice feature. The pan to cook on was too big to fit in the oven and a chair was broken. There weren’t enough towels for our stay and it was hard to get more. There was a foot washing station outside our door and it was flooding the whole time. Parking was limited but there were extra spots in the back, far from our room. The place could really use new furniture and a really good deep cleaning.

We were passing through Penticton and booked the night at Spanish Villa Resort. We communicated online, including checking in, which worked just fine. The room as clean, bed comfy and the night was quiet. Everything we needed and the price was great. Would stay here again for sure.

The room was very spacious - we had a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful - even helped carry our stuff up the stairs. They also came to the room to assist with Wifi connection. It was very windy while we were there and lost internet and cable for one night though. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, though there was no paper towel. Lots of pots and fry pans. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap, only hand soap. Overall the room was great, given that it's an older motel. Location was great - just across from the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.
