The property has just gone through a fantastic renovation; it looks new inside. Design and feel are great. Hotel staff, especially Matthew was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed our time there.

My family and I are some of the 12,000 Summerland, BC residents who had to evacuate our beloved town because of the wildfires that ravaged our area from August 7th onward. We felt so fortunate to finally find accommodation at Comfort Inn and Suites in Penticton, BC, after spending a sleepless night in our vehicles. The attentive staff were very understanding of our plight, and so kind, so helpful. Our rooms were newly renovated, and very pleasantly welcoming with their lovely decor. Staying here after our frightening exodus from what seemed like Armageddon all over again certainly helped to ease our pain.

No tvs or any type of carpets in room so floors get dirty as soon as you walk in and makes it so you can’t walk in bare feet.
