Excellent little vacation stay. Very polite and friendly staff. Nice courtyard area with several bbqs and a pool. The room was quiet with the only road noise being the occasional harley going by. It's a 5 minute walk from the beach with a great fusion restaurant across the road and ice cream store nearby. It's our second time staying and we'll definitely be back.

We were very pleased with our stay at Empire Motel. The room was extremely clean, and was equipped with everything we needed. Plus they have daily housekeeping , which is not common for motels. Used towels were replaced and garbage was emptied each day. Estelle (owner) was so friendly and always available. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to access, making it perfect for getting around and exploring the area. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Estelle is a gem! Kind, friendly, helpful — interacting with her was a highlight of our stay! The room had been updated in the last couple of years, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, the water was hot and the AC was cold. We didn’t have time to utilize the pool, BBQs or gazebos, but everything looked well maintained. Bakery, pizza, Japanese food, liquor and convenience store all right across the street, and less than five minute walk to Skaha beach. It was also very close to the family we were visiting. The Empire was a good value, great location and I would gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Empire Motel. The manager was there when I checked in after 10 PM. The room was clean and tidy. It wasn’t really fancy, but it was a room that has been remodelled, and modern, and had all the necessities. There was a desk, a refrigerator with a little freezer, there was a coffee maker. There was also a TV, but I never used it.They had shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the shower and a hairdryer. The bedding was very comfortable and clean.
