The location is perfect; you’re close enough to everything Pensacola offers, but secluded in the sense that it’s not noisy around the hotel. The water does not get hot. The cleanliness of the room is unsurpassed.

Staff was wonderful, quickly helped us change rooms when we were in a room that was right next to the elevator. Was there for a wedding so very understanding and helpful in getting us quickly moved. It was nice! Thank god my room was ready so I was able to check in on time. Staff was nice and sweet. Amenities were great as well. I wish the pool was open a bit longer in the night (10 pm)but apparently one incident ruins the fun for everyone else haha. Property was clean over all. The rooms are just a bit smaller than we intended but it was cozy. Breakfast was awesome. I had bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs with sausage and they had egg white frittata! Soo good. I do wish they had a bigger breakfast dining area but other than that, our stay was nice.

Room was pretty clean. Definitely had a problem that i could hear footsteps from the room above. I would try and get a room on the fourth floor if I stayed there again in the future. Breakfast was ok except for the waffles. Had chunks of sugar mixed in the batter or something, but it was terrible. Not worth the money spent.
