The property was nice and clean. The 3BR and 2.5 Bath was perfect for me and my family. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I will say is that I didn't see the game room that was advertised. Overall great stay!

Property was fantastic. Very modern and clean stayed for 3 days really enjoyed the amenities it has to offer, easy check in check out instructions and property management very kind to accommodate us to a late check out. Highly recommend!!

I liked how spacious it the property was and the location to restaurants, mall, and entertainment. I disliked a few things that wasn't clean in the apartment and things that needed fixing. But my overall stay was nice and pleasant.

Great apartment, comfy bedding, nice gym and pool. Would be nice if basics like salt and pepper were included. Otherwise wonderful place. Wish it was closer to the beach!

I have to admit that I thought maybe I was getting scammed when I first saw the pictures and amenities because the place seemed too nice for the price. It was everything they advertised. It was a fantastic deal.

Honestly the place was super clean, and had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes to the beach which was fine. The only thing it could have had was an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, so it was definitely a hike for luggage and garbage . Other than that it was great.

Great experience. This property is really nice. It’s not as close to the downtown area, but I enjoyed having a whole apartment for my family and I for my graduation weekend. It definitely beats being crammed into a hotel room. The amenities are very nice too. The beds are very comfortable, so you get a good nights rest. Pillows are nice. I just wish we stayed longer to enjoy more the property has to offer. If I am to travel to the area again, I would stay here again, especially when traveling with a group. 10/10! Plus, our neighbor, who actually resides in his unit, was very cool.

The apartment was super clean. Although I arrived late, the host did not respond until the next day after 7am. The oven gave off the new smell before i cooked in it and the master shower would run almost 2 mins after you turn it off. Overall, the place was comfortable.

Could be more specific on pool hours as my daughter was not able to go in after 9PM. I had a few mishaps and situations but was able to communicate with someone over the phone; overall was great.

The property was 3 levels. All the bedrooms were on the 2nd & 3rd levels. This was nowhere in the description. I think this is very important. Especially for people who don’t want to climb stairs repeatedly. There were 2 bedrooms on the second level, but the bathroom was in the one bedroom (master) and the other bathroom was on the 3rd level. The layout was awful. There was no access to regular local TV, only streaming services. The Wi-fi network that was listed in the app and on the instructions in the room was not on the list on the TV. I had to call maintenance to get a WiFi network and password. They said they would have someone come over the next day. No one ever did. The blinds at the sliding door had the first 5 blinds missing which allows someone to be able to see inside the unit. We had to put a blanket up to the window. There was no chair or table in the room to sit your luggage on. The full length mirror was in the kitchen instead of upstairs near the bedrooms. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. All of our calves were sore after the many trips up and down the stairs.

Posting/pictures are a bit misleading ... there are three sections to complex and our condo was in section/building that did not have pool/gym/game room/etc. While we had access to those amenities, we had to walk throughout complex to get to them (dog park was quite a trek). However, overall stay was pleasant, condo was nice and amenities plentiful.

Property was beautiful clean. Just hated I was there for six days and the pool was only open 1 day. That was my reason for choosing this place. I most likely will not stay again for that reason. Spoke to on site staff and none could tell us why pool was closed or when it would reopen huge inconvenience. Drove all the way from Michigan 15 hours for that amenities to enjoy the week with my child in the Navy just overall a not so great experience. Be prepared to park far away from your designated spot as people had guest all week and the spot in front of our residence was always occupied at front door and in the rear.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Upon check-in, the apartment was not clean. The walls were filthy, the stairs had not been vacuumed, the bathroom floors had not been properly swept or mopped, there were urine stains and hair on the toilets/floors, used feminine hygiene products in the main bathroom trash can, and the sheets in the main bedroom had so much hair on them that we questioned whether they had been cleaned at all. Fortunately, the apartment was stocked with a few cleaning supplies and had a washer and dryer, so we took it upon ourselves to clean before settling in. Then came the amenities. The main pool was closed, which was not a huge issue since there were two pools available. However, the trash cans at the second pool overflowed for our entire stay, and the bathrooms were so dirty that we didn’t feel comfortable using them. The arcade was out of order and dirty, and the game room was also a complete mess. The lounge area, coffee room, and other common areas were filthy—to the point that they looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months. We took photos and contacted management immediately. Since it was the weekend, there was little that could be done at the time, so we did our best to make the apartment more comfortable for our family.

Clean and family friendly. It was so nice to have access in the room to a washer and dryer. Interstate noise was loud if you are in the first unit.

The only thing that would have helped would have been to have known it was a 2nd story entry. Being handicapped it was a little hard to have to climb a flight of stairs to enter the apartment with a suitcase etc. Everything else was great. The apartment was stocked and cleaned. There were plenty of places to eat or shop nearby. The beach is a short drive.
