I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service my husband and I received during our recent stay. In particular, I would like to commend the night manager who assisted us when we arrived. I had mistakenly booked my reservation for the night of March 1 instead of February 28. Despite this error, the night manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding of our predicament. He was both professional and friendly as he resolved the issue and ensured we were taken care of for the night. Please extend my gratitude to the team for their exceptional hospitality. We booked here for the last night of our trip since we had an early flight and it’s right by the airport. Rooms were big, clean and nice and cool when we arrived. The staff from the front desk, to the lady helping with breakfast to our shuttle driver were all very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very short, but enjoyable.
