When I arrive, the staff was extremely helpful. I can’t remember her name, but she was very friendly and professional. The room was ready and clean. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. The room is perfect. The only thing I would’ve liked is for them to offer at least a light breakfast in the morning they only had coffee on a table and it was not very good but other than that it was perfect. Thank you so much.

The staff was so kind and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the beds were comfortable. My kids said it was the best hotel ever and we will definitely be staying with them the next time we visit Pensacola!

My absolute favorite staycation so far. I got the Captain's suite. This is a 2 bedroom Jacuzzi tub room. The staff was amazing. I had a small issue in my room and they worked very fast to fix it so I could could continue my vacation. I would definitely stay again.
