Our shower could of been cleaned better but overall such a comfortable stay. There was a lack of drawers in our room as well. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect! It is close to everything.

Great location in relation to downtown Pensacola. Quick 10-15 minute drive to plenty of restaurants,museums, entertainment venues. 15-20 to get to the beach. Staff was friendly from checking in to checkout. We enjoyed the breakfast that offered pretty much anything you could think of. They have an indoor pool for rainy days. Would recommend family’s staying there on a budget. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. I could hear doors slamming shut in the hall, people passing in hall conversations.

Definitely a much older hotel with some lipstick on it. Room smelled old and mildewed. Bathroom was barely large enough to turn around in. Mattress had no cover just a straight sheet on top and mattress was so stained and disgusting. Sheets were sloppily put on bed and weren’t clean. Had hair on them and the comforter. Breakfast was decent.

The breakfast offered a great variety, and items were replenished quickly whenever they ran low. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The main drawback is that, particularly in the guest rooms, it is evident that the property would benefit from more substantial renovations rather than just cosmetic upgrades.

The location was close to our primary reason for going to Pensacola, the Navy's Blue Angels training flights. Location was clean, though the indoor pool was too cloudy to see the steps or bottom. The hotel is a little dated, but kept clean. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were very accommodating to a couple small issues that came up for us that did not have to do with the hotel directly. We would stay there again when visiting the area.
