As B&B ‘s go it wasn’t bad, the breakfast was lovely, parking round the back was fine. Wasn’t much room around the bed but we’re not too big!

Lovely comfortable place to stay with a cosy room with thoughtful touches like biscuits and toiletries included. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient position - not too far away to drive into from the motorway and only minutes’ walk into the centre Penrith with its bars restaurants and attractions. Delicious breakfast too! Parking available on site or on road with a permit provided. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, warm friendly welcome, comfortable bed, home made scones waiting in our room, good attention to detail, good breakfast - no complaints at all. Interesting town to walk around, a few restaurants to choose from.

Motorcycle riding around the north
