it was great , loved the matress :)) the pool was nice need to upgrade the pool or repair the tiles, but it was overall very clean

Friendly staff, beautiful gardens and pool… room furnishings sparse, shower door not closing properly. Best in Penenome, near bus stop and restaurants. We will stay again!

The staff was attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious, the are around it has restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping mall near. They can improve the temp of water in the shower is one temp a little warmer than room temp but ok.

The Only Place in Town

Glad this hotel was there, because it’s slim pickings otherwise, so I won’t be too harsh. But the primary interest of the place is the onsite casino, with the hotel clearly on the back burner. In any case, it’s got to be one of the only places to stay in Penonome.

Bare bones.

We were there 1 night and the place was pretty empty and they put us in a room 3 buildings away from the pool. So went back to inquire about getting something closer and there was a $5.50 charge to upgrade. So when I asked she said those were the rooms that Hotels.com reserve. There was no glasses/ice bucket or coffee maker. Just 2 beds and 2 towels and a TV. So moved to the pool and it was exactly the same just close to the pool. The bed was comfortable enough and breakfast which is not included was good for the modest price.

PLEASE NOTE, THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON 2 DIFFERENT ROOMS EXPERIENCES: Main room: My room had a refigerator, a little noisy, but, sort of melts away. Shower head did not produce a single 'shower', had to search for spot where it water was most concentrated, only 1 little round soap per room and shampoo conditioner. Also, bathroom extractor fan, did not work. No courtesy water and or cups in the rooms. As always, parking is a hassle, must share parking with casino. Is not possible that a guest at hotel has to walk close to a quater mile, at times, to get to the hotel reception or park totally out of view of hotel personel. I would gladly pay an extra fee for "assigned parking" just to be sure I would find a spot each and every time. Room 2: NO refrigerator, 2 towels when room was occupied by a couple and 3 yr old child. Hotel has seen better days. Maybe, they should focus a little more on actually going room by room for function instead of trying to be 'too green'. For both rooms, lighting seems to be kind of 'dim', 3 incandescent bulbs instead of LED don't offer much lighting and pool bar was closed on Sunday! Do not get us(both parties reviewing) wrong, the hotel is very nice, just, a bunch of little inconsistencies and nuances make it hard to give it a better score. I/we would return since it is a nice place, distanced from highway noise and few choices to eat/shop within walking distance and others within a minute or 2 driving due to distance.
