The view. The view. The view. That’s the primary reason to stay here. Phenomenal. Walls are thin and anyone talking in the common area can be heard throughout the main house. Very clean. There’s a new looking sauna and jacuzzi but we didn’t use them. Schoodic Peninsula is absolutely gorgeous and this place overlooks Frenchman’s Bay. Was very disappointed that during remote check in - needed to put a $500 hold on a credit card for a security deposit of pay a fee. If I had known that when comparing accommodations- I would have taken a pass. I would really like more transparency for fees like this when booking. But - still very happy to have stayed here for the view.
