Great staff and location. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

My toilet needed maintenance that never came.

Considering the amount of money this place makes, these rooms should be upgraded. And then I was charged for double twin or full beds vs the queens. I think they haven’t upgraded cuz most people spend their time in the casino vs the room itself.

Very clean and nice hotel but the night check-in guy, Tom, did not say hello, did not ask how we were, did not tell us when breakfast was, did not direct us to the elevators, and did not wish us a good stay. He basically took my credit card and that was it. So unfriendly and unprofessional. The morning staff, Danny, was much more helpful and polite.

I truly loved staying at the One Sky Loft! It was centrally located to all historical sites in Philly and east access to public transit. The check in and commmunication with the host was just right. Definitely recommend it, especially for those who will stay more then 5 days to take advantage of the kitchen and laundry!
