“Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway”

“The hotel staff did what they had to do the bar staff not so glasses left on tables having to wait to be served even when the bar was pretty empty the rooms were clean and comfortable but for the cost lacked a fridge no tissues in the bathroom no fan as there was no air conditioning stay in better hotels in Chester for a lot less with much better vibes and atmosphere don’t feel I’d recommend this hotel to any friends”

“The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“No hot water the first night, though they mover us to another room the second one (much smaller). Excellent breakfast, and really kind staff.”
