The Econo Lodge was a great option. The building is older, but great convenience close to freeway . The room and bathroom are updated, very clean, and comfortable. We were hoping for something more substantial for the breakfast, but we grabbed some hot drinks, bottled juice, and a piece of fruit.

We had some rude people banging on our wall with their kids. THS was not the lodges fault, and they were working to correct the situation. The staff were very kind and engaging. They ensured I was well settled, and the restaurant next door restaurant had an amazing lasagna soup.

We (me and my pup) had a great stay! This location is quiet (even on first floor), good size room, with plenty of space and also very clean! Parking was easy and plentiful. It is also next door to a wonderful bistro restaurant. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Only things I’d change: The high deposit ($200!), more of a pet relief area, and breakfast upgrade(s) - protein options, juices/fruit, toast! Other than that, would definitely stay again!

Parking is good. Spacious and well maintained no additional fees to park in the parking lot and well security along with constant patrol of the Umatilla police too. The staff are always available. Was able to check in several hours early without an issue. Air conditioning can get VERY cold if you let it lol! Worked well no complaints with that. Room is always clean as well, this is my 4th time staying this year and really enjoyed it. True non smoking rooms (all of them) well maintained and simplistic.

The motel and the surrounding area look run down from the outside, but rooms are completely remodeled with nice countertops, modern fixtures and furniture. Good for a quick overnight stay if you're on a budget. The town of Hermiston is not too far away for shopping and to grab a bite to eat.
