The staff of the hotel is very friendly and professional. Mr Taruma is always happy to give you great recommendations. The hotel has in place interesting sustainability practices such as free water refill to eliminate plastics and recycling organic material.

Taruna Homstay was fantastic, beautifully kept facilities , friendly helpful staff and management. I would gladly stay there again. My only complaint is the food! They need a good chef / cook that can provide a better quality eating experience and then they will excel above all competition. Dining quality is important in a location where the choice is limited.

Un petit havre de paix à Pemuteran !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Taruna Homestay. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une bienveillance rares. Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien : les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement propres et décorées avec goût, le jardin est superbe et la piscine idéale pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. Un grand merci à Taruna et à toute son équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité. Si vous cherchez une adresse authentique, paisible et pleine de charme à Pemuteran, c’est l’endroit rêvé ! 🌺

デンパサールからゲストハウスのあるムンジャンガンまで約3時間半ほど車でかかりますが、景色は昔のバリの様相が見られ、美しかったです。 ゲストハウスのオーナーでしょうか対応はとても親しみやすく良かったです。 ただこのコロナ禍、宿泊客も少なく、レストランもクローズしていました。朝食付きで申し込んだのですが、コンチネンタルブレックファーストと書いてあったので楽しみにしていましたが、なんと朝からナシゴレンしかもコーヒーにはミルクなし 近くのレストランまで行き夕食を済ませ、コンビニで小さな牛乳を買い、それをコーヒーに入れて飲みました。 このコロナ禍では確かに仕方ないことですが、早くインドネシア政府もそろそろバリの国際線を開けないと、観光の島バリはもうすでに死んでいます。 ジャカルタの感染者の増加に伴った政策なんだとは思いますが、このままでは、バリはたちゆかないところまで来ていると思います。巷の噂では、来年3月にならないとインターナショナルは開かないのでは?と言われていますが、インドネシア政府の考えは、我々には全く伝わってきません。 バリは特にバリヒンドゥ教徒の多い島です。毎日毎日家寺にはチャナンというお供え物を供えてお祈りを欠かしません。 そしてさらに宗教行事も多く、塵も積もれば山となるではありませんが、そのチャナンを用意し、食べていかなければならないローカルの方々の暮らしぶりを見るにつけ、その大変さが身に沁みます。 一日も早くインドネシア政府がバリデンパサール空港国際線を開けて行く方向性で動いてくださる事を願うばかりです。

Nice & clean home stay with great service

We stayed at Trauma Homestay for 3 nights. The place is very clean and the service is great. You live in a small house with an outside bathroom. It gets very hot inside during the night but rooms are provided with air conditioning. We also tried the restaurant which was ok but chose small warungs for further meals.

멘장안에서 가장 편안한 호텔

멘장안 지역은 웨스트발리국립공원의 스노우쿨링이 정말 좋았습니다. 이 지역은 타 우붓이나 꾸타처럼 개발이 많이 되지 않았지만 아직까지 자연을 그대로 보존하고 있고 민심 역시 우라나라 옛 시골민심 같은 느낌입니다. 따루나 홈스테이는 시설, 쳥결, 직원친절에 있어 최고라고 생각합니다. 발리에서 더 편안하게 자연을 느끼고 싶다면 멘장안 지역을 추전하고 또 따루나 홈스테이를 추천합니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은, 관광지로 크게 개발이 안된 지역인 만큼 주변에 먹거리는 없습니다. 다만 호텔 내 레스토랑은 꽤 합리적인 가격에 수준이 꽤 높다 생각합니다.

Intimate Friendly Home Stay

We spent nine nights at Taruna and would recommend it as a relaxing, friendly homestay. The staff are mostly family members and are very hospitable and helpful. The grounds are relaxing and beautiful and the restaurant on the premises serves delicious and reasonably priced food. It is a short walk to the beach, without the need to cross the road.

Such a nice place - it's almost to good to be true considering the price. Staff is amazing, pool area awesome. We had a room without aircon tho, if I ever come back I'd be sure to book one with. Gets real warm otherwise. But overall very, very pleased!

Amazing homestay

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed very much. Everything is very good, the room is clean and nice with a really special bathroom, restaurant is top, also the spa is very good. But especially the service from the owner to everybody who work for taruna is unique.

Beautifully maintained and extremely clean!

This pretty hotel is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff is very gracious and accommodating. The restaurant serves a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious food. We ate there every evening.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufethalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Redtaurant/Warung welches zum Hotel gehört. Zudem schöne Anlage und toller Pool. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

a small homestay with the certain something

From the arrival to the departure it was a successful stay! I felt at home... Everything is very loving and the many small details give the guest the feeling really welcome.The beakfast was lovingly and generously arranged. The arrivalwas very pleasant, took it time, sat down with us, offered a free drink. They asked for names and travel plans and had copied a self- painted map of the surrounding area.The room was decoreted every day with fresh flowers- this is unfortunately not always obvious, but would be so simple u would cost almost nothing!
