Loved the upper room with the semi open air shower. Hotel is quiet. Really nice space to relax in nature. My room was nice and simply laid out. Double bed with mosquito nets draped. Bedside tables, fridge, kettle, cups, etc. Patio door windows to the front of the room with table and chairs out on the balcony.

I’ve been to Bali 4 times and this experience was my best so far. I was on my way to East Java when I stayed here the first time and the 2nd time on my way back to Denpasar. I stayed in both the standard room and the deluxe. Very good value for money.

This place is clean, quiet, close to the beach and nice. Air conditioning. But very basic. 1 pillow. No fridge. No safe. It is a home stay, not a hotel.

Chocolate and his staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful start to our Bali vacation. We were exhausted after 40 hours of travel. This is a quiet, clean place to recuperate. The surrounding gardens provided shade and tranquility. Chocolate made airport transfer and other transportation arrangements for us; this provided a huge peace of mind. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance for lunch/dinner and a swimmable beach. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. 10/10 recommend!!

Ich hatte das Zimmer bestellt, mit den blich auf den Berg. Man wollte mir jedoch das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss geben! Ich sollte warten, bis klar wäre ob es nicht doch noch gebucht wird. Ich erinnerte, das ich dieses Zimmer im 1. Stock gebucht hätte!! Das muss ich bemängeln. Die Nachfrage nach einem late checkout wurde erst beantwortet, als ich schon weg war! Die Kommunikation hier war nicht ok. Das geht so nicht !Alles andere war gut und angenehm. Wenn das abgestellt werden kann, empfehle ich es gerne weiter

This is a Good One

Friendly staff. Easy access to property. Clean, quiet, safe. Great restaurants / warungs nearby - loved d'Buca & visited many times during our week long stay. Also Krisna spa for massage is great. Wonderful snorkelling on biorock - please give donation for their wonderful work to continue. We will definitely return to Mango Tree Inn. One suggestion would be for cushions on outside chairs in front of room.

Das Mango Tree Inn ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig in der Seitengasse unweit vom Meer entfernt. Der Hausherr begrüßt jeden Gast persönlich. Ein Junger Balinese der auch schon einige Zeit in Amerika lebte. Wunderschöner Garten.

Excellent location just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are lovely, the place is eco-friendly, and the owner is right onsite. Breakfast was great and served right to your room. Great deal for the price!

Chok ist ein sehr zuvorkommenderGastgebr, der seine Gäste eher wue Freunde betrachtet. Er organisiert auch kurzfristig Ausflüge (bei mir war es schnorcheln), Massagen oder Fahrer zu echt fairen Preisen. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5min vom Strand entfernt - Läden, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Obeohl die Hauptstraße sehr nah ist, ist es dort absolut ruhig. In jedem Fall empfehlenswert - ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Quiet, relaxing b&b

We rounded out our trip to Bali at this inn. It was quiet, relaxing, peaceful, tucked off the main road, next to a papaya and mango plantation. Our room was decent, for the price we paid, but didn't have a TV (which is fine) and the wifi shut off at 9:30 pm nightly. The beach was a short walk (5 minutes max down a quiet path) and litter and hawker-free! The breakfasts were good, and the fresh local fruit provided yum. The Warung Setia across the street on the main road was the cheapest eats in Bali - a must visit (we ate every lunch and dinner there for 4 days!). Overall a great place to stay!

A fantastic budget option

The room is lovely and very similar to more 'upmarket' options in the area. We loved the beautiful outdoor shower. There was no shortage of hot water. The breakfasts each day were excellent and very filling. The Wi-Fi is good in the rooms so I think has been upgraded since earlier reviews. The location is so handy to restaurants, shops and the beach. We really couldn't ask for better.
