The only reason that we booked this hotel was because of the pool. Upon check in we were told that the pool was closed. Some very disappointed kiddos. However, the staff was amazing and approved a full refund so that we could go to the Holiday Inn and enjoy the pool.

The front desk staff was great, the one lady helped my boy and made him some popcorn when he asked how much it cost. The buffet staff was great also, the girl that we saw was efficient at ensuring that the food was well stocked. She was very quiet and polite.

I didn't think the room was as clean as I would have liked. The big chairs smelled like someone was smoking in the room. There was something brown in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor in the corner near the door. The breakfast was fine. Liked the waffle. Parking was ample.
