The hotel is exceptional. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food at its restaurants. Intrepid may be the best restaurant on the island. Even if you only go there to dine and see the art installations, it is 100% worth it.

The Hamilton Princess offers the best of both worlds. It is downtown so within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and offers a 20 minute free shuttle ride to their exclusive beach club. The service was fabulous. The view from the pool area spectacular. My only complaint would be that the large infinity pool should be the adult only pool on the property.

My husband and I had a phenomenal 3 night stay at the Hamilton Princess last week. The elegant hotel appointments and decor were gorgeous. We also loved the infinity pool. Our dining experience at the Intrepid Restaurant was wonderful! We had the bone marrow, Flight of Striploin Steaks with chimichurri sauce and the Sauteed Mushrooms, which we would highly recommend. Our amazing server, Olena, made the experience exceptional! She was warm, knowledgeable, super pleasant and very professional. We'd also like to give our compliments to the 1609 Restaurant, where we dined twice. I'm still dreaming about their Catch of the Day (wahoo) Ceviche. And a shout out to our server Shelley, who helped make our meal special. This was our first trip to Bermuda. It was extraordinary and when we return we look forward to staying there again.

The Hamilton Princess surpassed all our expectations. The staff were friendly, quick to help out, and made us feel welcome for the duration of our stay. Our room was clean, full of amenities, and quiet. We loved the convenient location to Hamilton shopping, restaurants and the ferry stop. The hotel restaurants were fabulous and we highly recommend 1609 for both ambience and food/drinks. While the hotel is not beachside, their private beach club is stunning, offering 3 beaches, a restaurant, pink sand, and no crowds. You can’t go wrong booking a trip with the Hamilton Princess.

The hotel and the entire property were beautiful! Staff was very friendly and attentive. We stayed near the infinity pool with a beautiful view of the sunset. Restaurants were amazing, we ate in the Intrepid which was an excellent culinary experience! The hotel restaurant near the lobby was great for breakfast, lunch and watching soccer games or enjoying live music. We took the shuttle to the beach club which has two beautiful secluded beaches with all the amenities!!! We loved it!
