O hotel está largado, envelhecido, elevador muito antigo, o checkin foi muito ruim, a recepcionista era muito despreparada e muito poço feliz com o trabalho, o chão do banheiro estava sujo, a cama de casal, que foi solicitado, era mais de viúva, o café da manhã e a localização salvam um pouco

Os recipientes de sabonete líquido e shampoo estavam vazio. No café da manhã os frios estavam "queimados" de ficarem na geladeira desprotegidos.
