Perfect for a race night stay

We have stayed at here twice while going to the races. Both times the room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Good location to walk to the track if needed.

Our stay was pleasant. We had multiple problems with the TV, but the staff was kind and helpful. We could see they were trying to stay on top of upkeep on the room as apparently they were refurbishing the bathroom, apparently as it wasn’t painted yet. But all was clean and tidy. The only disappointment was there was not any waffles or fresh fruit. The bananas were brown but the waffles are 8’s calling card. We have stayed in 8’s before and like the clean and quiet and the kindness from the staff. But no matter how small the eating area … they always had waffles. This had a nice large area but, no waffles. It was still our pick of places to stay. Thank you

The room was clean and decent.bate minimum breakfast. No pool. The manager(s) did not speak English well. Check in was through a kiosk. Management live on site and there spicy cooking smell is prevalent. The property is showing its age.

The hotel needed cleaning. Hallways and steps needed to be vacuumed as well as our room. The mirrors were streaked. The sheets and towels are older and stained. The bathroom floor had spots on it and needed to be mopped. There was a towel from the last guest hanging on the towel hook. For $177 a night I expect at least a clean room. We stayed because we got in late but left by 645am. Also, there is no one at the front desk. You check in on camera on a kiosk.

none of the appliances were turned on when i got to the room. the refrigerator stunk horribly when i turned it on. there’s band aid residue stuck in the sink. the tub is falling apart. the receipt that i received stated that check out was at 11 PM. however, on my final day the clerks called me and said i had to come get my stuff *after* locking me out of my room at 11 AM. worst hotel i’ve ever experienced in my life.
