Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is older and needs updated. The room was okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding. The bed was comfortable but worn. The bathroom was in need of repair. The shower pressure went down considerably of a morning. The pre-auth stayed on my account for 2 days after the total was paid. Breakfast was good, staff was good! The neighborhood is very nice. It’s a long hallway for those who have mobility issues. Felt like price was fair.

Everything was great. Unlike some other hotels they clean the room when asked. It's a beautiful area. The only negative was that the toilet can run but if you jiggle the handle, it will stop. The breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool and hot tub was inaccessible the whole time we were there. The bath tub/shower didn’t drain. There was a random sock under the couch from a previous guest, and the continental breakfast was shut down a half hour early every day if you say it’s gonna be open till 10 do not shut down at 9:30. However, the staff was really friendly, responsive, and helpful. They did fix the tub relatively quickly. My only suggestion would be letting a person booking a stay know that it is a day after your entire hotel is booked. I would’ve anticipated maintenance and possible issues. Had I known instead of anticipating getting to use the amenities I did not.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Check in/out was quick and easy. The hot tub was not working and pool apparently was not heated indoor but it was working. The room was roomy and very clean, overall very comfortable and nice. The entry door brackets needed to be tightened because it was sticking at top. When I checked it, the bracket at top appeared loose. The closet in room was missing door knob but it was functional and worked fine. There was no coffee table for couch so had to put drink cup on floor or sit at desk or table in kitchen area which was okay but you couldn’t see TV except from bed or some parts of couch. Really just room layout that might need some relook or there was some upgrading going on for that room. Again overall loved room and facility.

Clean room with full kitchenette. Whirlpool tub was nice once we figured out we had to reset the outlet behind the entrance door. Pool was still closed for maintenance and the tv had no WiFi and a grainy picture. Direct Tv channels were adequate. Breakfast was very good. Looking forward to returning once the pool and hot tub are reopened.
