The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The in-room, hot tub was surprisingly great and worth the extra cost. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Location was very convenient and parking was very easy.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus for our trip, although the pool was pretty cold. The room was very clean. The staff we interacted with were professional and polite. Our room was quiet at night and we slept very well in our cozy bed. We greatly appreciated the luggage cart provided next to the side door that made unloading and reloading our vehicle so much more convenient. Breakfast was nice, and we loved the waffle maker. The breakfast room is kind of tight for seating, though. We really liked this hotel's convenient proximity to coffee, shopping, highways, and gorgeous downtown Pella. Our only censure is that the cord on the blowdryer was melted in several places pretty severely. Thankfully, I brought my own blowdryer. We did notify the front desk about it. We would definitely stay again.
