“The host asked for more amount of tax than the stated amount in the Hotels.com. I told them that I will not pay anything more than the amount stated, which is quite inappropriate and unprofessional to ask for. As a response, the lady slammed the door of the elevator to my face. Then, she says that we are staying with a lower price already. It was unbelievably unprofessional and full of scam.”
