Lorsque nous sommes arrivés avec la réservation, la receptioniste nous á dit que ce n´était pas valide et qu´on pouvait rester á l´hôtel mais en payant plus chers. Une honte !!!

Avevo prenotato 4 camere per un gruppo di amici,ma quando siamo arrivati l albergatore mi ha detto che non c era nessuna "reserva" che non conosceva hotels.com Le camere libere pero c erano ma bisognava pagarle 1300 pesos al giorno.Non ho potuto fare altro che accettare e pagare .
