The staff was most accommodating and the location was perfect, right by the Duomo.

We were in Europe, staying at Airbnbs for 2 weeks prior to arriving in Florence and the Bernini Palace. We could not have been happier with the beauty that awaited us! The staff were wonderful, the room spectacular and the lounge bar welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well laid out with everything you could possibly want and we looked forward to the cappuccino every morning. The location couldn’t have been better, minutes from The Uffizi and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. If you want a truly beautiful Florence experience, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 5 stars plus✨

Room was clean and tidy. I reckon sofa bed needs replacement. Room was spacious loved it. Room need a mirror. Staff is too good 5 stars for them. Break fast was really great. Location is pefect. Rpoftop bar is really great with views.

We loved our stay here! Don’t expect the fanciest room but it was perfect for our short stay and it’s in the best spot right in front of the duomo our room window opens up to a view of the duomo! It was so convenient. And the receptionist is SO SWEET he made sure we had everything we needed and he helped make reservations for us at restaurants super helpful!! They have gelato and water in the kitchen. Loved it.

Firstly this hotel is on a side street and not easy to find. We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. The front desk declined to move us to another room and offered only a refund — which doesn’t help when an equivalent room for the same dates now costs roughly double, leaving us to find and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves in peak summer heat. When we asked to resolve it with the manager, Giulia, the front desk would not call her directly and said they were unable to reach her; our own later attempts to contact her also went unanswered. This was not a weekend check-in or a late night check-in that the manager is not available. She had instructed the front desk not to call her. For a 4-star hotel at this price, being unable to provide a functioning air-conditioned room, refusing to relocate us, and leaving guests with no way to reach management is a serious failure. A carefully planned family trip, badly let down by rude staff and missing manager. Whoever owns this hotel should evaluate. The hotel itself is not a 4 star either at best a 1 or 2 star. We would recommend travels AVOID this hotel.
