The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The food was excellent. The bus to the raft trip was comfortable, and the rafting experience was awesome! It was a wonderful family vacation, highly recommend this adventure and facility.

If you stay in this property just make sure you are ok with noises. You literally can hear everything. Even when you flush the toilet. Is a very clean property with a no friendly staff .

Do your research, if you plan on hiking into Havasupai Falls this is the hotel/lodge to stay at the night before. Not only is it the closest to the trailhead, it's also near the closest gas station which is 70 miles from the trailhead. All other hotels in the nearby area don't compare to this lodge. The kitchen at the restaurant was a little slow but overall great experience.
