The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked and maintained. The pool was closed for maintenance, vending machine was out of order, there was no shampoo and there was only 1 coffee mug in the room. All the staff were great and always very helpful.

The hotel staff were great but some amenities that make a hotel comfortable were not available. The pool is closed, the ice machine is out of order, the cold vending machine was out of order. These might be things to let your guests know about ahead of time.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. Our first visit went much better. This time our room had a big hole in the ceiling where you could see pipes, the pullout out bed felt like sleeping on a bed of rocks, the toilet was clogged and the pool was still not up and running which made our three kids very unhappy after a 13 hour day of driving. The staff however were super friendly.
