Great, love being able to bring my dogs with me. Clean hotel and very quiet, even on a weekend night. The breakfast was excellent and a great variety to choose from. This was our second time staying here and will be the place we choose to stay at when visiting Payson.

Our room was ready to go as soon as we got there. The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful on both days of our stay. The room was very clean and spacious! We also loved having a patio area which was also a short cut to the breakfast room. My kids are picky eaters and having so many different options for breakfast was amazing! It was honestly my reason for choosing this hotel to stay at. We would absolutely stay here again.

My second time staying here this year and I really enjoyed the quaint and peaceful atmosphere on the edge of Payson! The staff has been amazing, professional and very helpful with anything we may need although we didn’t need anything! This last visit was unfortunate for property as things happen and water heater went out but hey things happen and despite that I had a comfortable warm bed to sleep in and warm coffee in the morning while I did my morning walk around their beautiful property! Not to mention a cold shower isn’t so bad it’s been shown to be good for you! I don’t take one but the fcold water face wash was perfect! Thank you quality inn my father from Texas was visiting as well and he was very comfortable! We will stay here every time we come to Payson!

The staff was outstanding. Especially Stella in housekeeping. Our shower had an issue and she was there immediately to remove the water that got on the carpet. The front desk crew also got us checked in & out quickly. I would stay here again. Very satisfied.

the room had trash from the people before the beds were not fresh and not made up they gave another room but it didn't have soap to wash with. The breakfast was good and that is all. next trip up will try some place different. This was a waste of money I should have booked the Comfort Inn

It was fine once we opened the door to vent

The room is in dire need of new carpet. It smelled like mold and dogs and cigarettes. Other than that, everything was fine and a comfortable bed.

The hotel is dated but kept clean. Our room toilet was leaking so we had to put towels around the toilet bottom base because of the leak. Front desk staff were all very pleasant.
