Nice to be able to park in front of the room, took advantage of the big free ice machine, the room was clean, bed was firm, love the walk in shower with a small area to sit if needed... the only thing that could have been better was getting to and using the toilet. It's not made for big or handicapped individuals. Skinny people with good knees would not mind this, but I'm a big person with bad knees. I had to turn a little sideways to squeeze between the corner of the sink and the corner of the shower area to get to the toilet, there is not much room to maneuver around in that small area, especially for someone with bad knees.

The check in was quick and easy. I only was in contact with one staff member, but he was gracious and remembered me when I went into the office to check out. Because I was driving an oversized vehicle which was "new" to me, I did find maneuvering in the parking lot a little difficult, but with careful maneuvering, there were enough spaces to position the vehicle safely without interfering with other visitors.
