It was a good stay overall. The front desk employees could not have been more helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, 3 people, and the maid service did not vacuum our room once. They also did not leave extra toilet paper. There is no fan in the bathroom but the shower head was amazing. We had a small refrig.mmerator, which was good, but there's no microwave in the rooms. The food overall was really good and the waitstaff was friendly. We would definitely stay again.
Casino closed to early didn't get to play. not even a couple slots available after 11pm what a waste i should have booked one of the other hotels around for half the cost. I wouldn't have booked had i known it shut down so early. the room is nothing special really disappointing

After an 11 1/2 hour work day, I grabbed some dinner on my way to check in, and then had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk to get a room because the line checkin person was “walking the halls”. By the time I finally got to my room, my dinner was cold and I was pissed. I called the hotel manager to let her know of the situation and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. It was unbelievable. The room was fine - nothing special. But the service was definitely lacking. For a nicer, larger hotel, the service was worse than a Motel 6.
The property and facilities are very nice. So is the theme and design. Our "room" was spacious and very comfortable. I say room because that is what the hotel called it, but, I think it was more like a suite with two impeccably clean rooms.
For the gamblers, you'll find great slots!
The only slightly drawback is its remoteness. You have to drive quite a distance through beautiful pine forests, rugged canyons and clean fresh air.
Did I say drawback??? Hardly!
We've stayed here several times and will continue to choose this hotel whenever we stay in Payson. Staff are great and quick to remedy any problems. Rooms are spacious. Our only complaint is that sometimes cigarette smoke from the casino drifts into the hotel hallway. On occasion, you can smell the smoke from inside your room, but it's not bad. I have asthma and I was okay with it.
I constantly heard walking in the room above. Also heard sound of water running and toilets flushing every time, and a little noise on the apartment next door. Also, for the most expensive hotel in town, it would have been nice if they provided a microwave.
Very clean grounds, casino, restaurants and bar, rooms. The employees were "all" very nice, courteous and helpful. Would not think twice about staying there again for business or pleasure.
Very clean rooms, staff was very friendly at check and check-out. My only complaint is the pillows were small. Otherwise very nice to stay and would stay there again
The front desk staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. Sorry I didn’t get their names. The room was nicely laid out with a sitting room first as you walk in the door followed by a large bathroom and then the bedroom. We came for the Wednesday night all you can eat crab. Yummy. This was my husbands favorite place we stayed during our Arizona vacation. We didn’t do any gambling.
Excellent room and space was big. Perfect view of snow falling down. Only bad thing was that coffee maker did not work in the room and I told them, they said they would bring one up right away but never did. Had to go down stairs to buy some.

Didn't appreciate learning that gaming tables were closed AFTER check-in.
