Breakfast and dinner are superb, every dish on the menu was amazing. Stunning views from the villa and main pool. Service is outstanding, staff is very attentive and address guests by their names. As others noted the rooms look a bit old and requires renovation. For example, the aircon in the villa is very loud. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment.

We had the most amazing time at Hanging Gardens of Bali. It's a stunning location with friendly staff, incredible food, and beautiful views. We were welcomed with marigold garlands and drinks, and the service was exceptional. We also tried the spa services, and the massage and bath were both relaxing and unique. This is a must-visit place to stay in Ubud, and I highly recommend it!

Definitely a place for couple retreat/honeymoon for some own personal time. Service and staff are excellent. The traffic to get to the hotel is way long. 2.5 to 3 hours for about 20miles.

This beautiful resort is a must-do on your Bali bucket list. Friendly staff. Check in process could be improved (by not having to register your own account in their very buggy platform on your own device) but otherwise everything is seamless with stunning jungle beauty and tasty food.

One of the best hotels we have ever been too

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of very beautiful and luxury hotels. I can’t express enough how wonderful the whole team are. They are so kind and helpful and the property is insanely beautiful. Would love to return one day. Hanging Gardens is a magical place that is well worth every penny you spend there.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. My wife and I were staying in Bali for our honeymoon and upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view and private pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food at the hotel was 5 stars. While this hotel is a bit more expensive than others in Ubud, it is far superior and worth every penny. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Ubud area that would like a quiet setting away from the hustle of the city with exquisite jungle views. We could not get enough of walking the grounds of the hotel as there are flowers and fruit trees everywhere.
