It was 104 degrees outside and the lobby didn’t even have an A/C on. The rooms smell like weed. The door lock was broken. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. It took until 9pm to get the room cooled off. What a joke. They should have paid me 80 bucks to stay here.

We got there at about 8pm on a record heat day after driving all day. We walked into the room and it was at least 100°. We turned on the a/c full blast and it took until almost 3am to be cool enough to attempt to get any sleep. Since i had a non refundable reservation, they could have been considerate enough to turn on the a/c prior to our arrival since it was paid anyway. I'll never stay at this location or any of their locations again. Shower sucked and bathroom was sticky.

Poor customer service

Front entrance wasn’t marked. In fact I couldn’t find the front door. When I did, I was unable to access the main lobby, the door was locked and it was 4pm. A man appeared behind a plexiglass partition. He didn’t greet me and was expressionless. The area I was standing in was an enclosed very small area with no ventilation and the temperature outside was 100 degrees. He checked me in and pointed towards my room. Never once did he say thank you or explain anything about the layout of the motel. I asked why I couldn’t access the lobby and did he realize how hot it was where I had to check in?? He said it was due to Covid and I was to leave my keys in the room when I checked out.

Remodeled ... they were trying. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Lumpy pillows. AC was off when we arrived, so it was hot for a few hours.

We asked for NO exterior doors in our hotel to the booking agent, she assured us several times over the phone that there wouldn't be an exterior door and there was 2 exterior doors to our room😡

customer service was dreadful

The guy at the desk doing the check-in couldn't be bothered to get off of his personal phone call to help. He asked questions that didn't pertain to my trip, and when I got to the room, the front door was locked, but the door to the courtyard was not. I stayed up the whole night s that my daughter could sleep; because the door to the courtyard had a faulty lock. The air conditioner made a loud ridiculous noise!

Very high price for very basic room

We got to the hotel after 11. Had to do business through a window and it took a good 15-20 mins to get the paperwork done. The rooms were fairly clean. Glad to see tile floor instead of carpet. I feel it is very much overpriced. I do believe this hotel caters more to traveling workers as it is very basic and the vehicles in the parking area were all business trucks. 80.00 for a very basic room and no breakfast other than 2 kinds of cereal is pretty high. If I travel this way again and just need a place to sleep for 5 hours I would probably stay at the 39.99 hotel across the street and have the same type of accommodations.

Clean rooms, good staff

The manager was great. Good tips on bookings. Very nice. Room was comfortable, clean, no carpet which I like, minimal pet deposit, allowed me to park my bobtail truck close to my room. Very good experience. Will definitely stay there again.
