MUY BUEN HOTEL, SIN RESTAURANTE PERO HAY OPCIONES MUY CERCA Y MUY BUENAS, RECOMENDABLE EL MEDITERRANEO Q ESTA JUNTO.

Great location with two entries with different vibes. Excelent service, fully recommended

The room, house and gardens were beautiful. The location is great to walk to music and restaurants. Communication from management was slow (no one is on site). There was a mixup with our access code and parking. We parked on the street and had no issues.

EL LUGAR COMO SU NOMBRE ¨HAUNTED¨, ESCONDIDO Y DIFICIL DE ENCONTRAR , NO TIENE RECEPCION Y LA CHICA ERIKA QUE TE RECIBE ES LA ENCARGADA DE LA LIMPIEZA POR LO QUE NO TE INFORMA NADA. TIENEN UN SERVICIO DE CAFE Y PANECILLOS PERO NO LO COMENTAN. NO HACEN LA LIMPIEZA NI ARREGLO DE LA HABITACION, LA SOLICITAMOS Y LA CHICA NO LA HIZO EN LAS DOS OCASIONES QUE SE SOLICITO. BIEN UBICADO.

The unit had a strong sewer-like odor and had not been cleaned thoroughly and there was still trash in the cans. The refrigerator was not cooling, There was a live roach in the downstairs guest room that one of my guests killed and disposed of. There was a dead one in the hallway at the door of another unit, indicating there may be a roach problem. The downstairs bedroom (master) bed appeared to have been broken previously but was boarded to stabilize the bed. The laundry area had the strongest sewage smell. The bathrooms had mold-like substances around the tub/shower. Items are just dated in the unit. The pictures are deceiving. The coffee maker did not work. My son and I were sitting on the sofa in the living area, and we suddenly fall backwards to the floor because the sofa is broken. We tried putting the back on but it was broken and kept falling. I tried calling twice to notify someone but the message keeps saying no one is available and to please wait for assistance but no one answers until after several attempts. No one ever came to inspect this sofa. This was not a pleasant stay.
