“La de recepción me canceló la reservación ”

“Las camas están cómodas y no hay ruidos que molesten para dormir, la piscina está bien limpia y en buen estado. No pudimos desayunar ahí. ”

“Bad experience, stayed for 4 nights, and even that we make sure our room would be made and clean, for 2 night they simply forgot… when we arrived, no kleenex, room glasses dirty.. Not for the price we payed. It mentioned they had shuttle service for the airport, that’s why we stayed there, and when I ask for them to take us, I was told that at that time they didn’t have service…. Should have it down in the advertisement….”
