This hotel was ideally located, a 2 minute walk from Pau centre. The parking was really handy, and free! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and air conditioned. We had an amazing time here.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Pau. Sorin, who checked us in, was fabulous! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and we were only there for one night! His recommendation for dinner at The Garage was spot on. Great food in a lively atmosphere. Very pleased with our stay.

A clean, quiet, modern 4-star hotel in the center of Pau. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. Safe, off-street parking in a central courtyard which is completely closed off from the street. A good location to stay in central Pau.

A Day in Pau

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception was welcoming, offered tourist information and recommended restaurants which we went to and enjoyed. The free secure parking was appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we required. We did not hear any street noise. The location was very accessible to walk to the tourist sights that we visited. We would stay there again.

The room decor was a little dated by today's standards, but all worked well and the eats and drinks were much appreciated. Staff of various cultures were most helpful and obliging. Great breakfast sections served from 6 am most convenient. For those travelling by public transport, the station is a 15/20 walk away, but on the flat, once on Bd des Pyrenees via funicular. There is a bus to Bosquet or of course taxis.

Well above our expectations

We stayed for 5 nights and could only praise everything about our stay. The excellent spacious car parking was such a bonus when exploring this lovely city on foot. Most of all it was the staff who made our stay so pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble (booking taxis etc.) The housekeeping girls did such an excellent job...faultless. The breakfast buffet was second to none. One suggestion-load your Kindle before arrival as the hotel hotspot does not support a connection.
