From the moment we arrived the second we were saying good bye. Everyone was very attentive and always there to help or answer all questions. Besides at the Sapphire, two bedroom villa, the room itself is very spacious, beautiful pool, and everything you need for a family stay. If I had to say one thing is that it’s hard to control the air conditioner temperature in the room, and there are trash bins missing in the kitchen, other than that - an excellent hotel

The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable. Everything — from the bedding to the bathroom amenities — was top quality. The hotel grounds were equally impressive, offering a peaceful and well-maintained environment to relax and unwind. A great hotel, with fantastic facilities. The rooms are amazing, and great for single travellers, couples, or families. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and they couldn’t be better. The food on offer was very good, with usual favourites alongside some traditional Thai food that couldn’t have been better. The hotel is a short drive to Pattaya City, which is actually a positive. There is a 7/11 around the corner, but the hotel could benefit from a shop on site for snacks and essentials. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. I will definitely come back.
