The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, especially the bell boy who goes by “A”. You can’t pick a better location for proximity to dining and nightlife options. This was my second time here, and I will return.

The hotel is in great condition and all the staff was wonderful and very kind. I got excellent service from the housekeeping staff and the desk clerk Attasit helped me get utinsels when my grab food order came without them. I will be back!

Stayed for 4 nights as a couple was very comfortable. 2 pools. The only negative is they could provide 2 pillows per person and there is only enough tea and coffee provided for 1 cup. Apart from that close to the beach.

Few issues but still good.

I’ve stayed at the Agate before and knew it had the levels of comfort and service i was looking for, also in a nice location a short walk from the beach. On this occasion there were a few maintenance issues that slightly spoiled things - Day 2 there was a power cut affecting my floor only for 4 hours. Day 3 the single lift was out of order half the day. However I’d still stay again if in the same area.
