I had a very pleasant stay for the weekend. Everything in the hotel was perfect for me. From the spacious parking lot, security, lobby staff, room, swimming pool and location.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. There were a few minor issues like the toilet was leaking a bit as well as the AC. Some of the room amenities are outdated but overall a nice place to stay. I really enjoyed the pool on the property as well!!

Hard beds, pool unusable, not recommended

Rock hard uncomfortable mattress. No A/C remote, no safety box in room, no sitting chairs as pictured in photo nor on balcony. Pool was unusable as they were chiseling up all the concrete (????). The friendly helpful staff were the only highlight here.

Ich war wie immer sehr zufrieden im Hotel Royal Palace in Pattaya, die Lage und der Pool sind super und es gibt sogar Zimmer für Raucher, einzig beim Frühstück fehlt richtiges Brot.
