A wonderful hotel in a good location

Was the second time a guest in this lovely hotel. A room with a terrace and sunbeds is luxurious, but the fact that the elevator takes you directly to the hotel's own beach, where there is also a good restaurant, adds to the feeling even more.

The atmosphere is great! Great location if you want the hussle and bussle from walking street and all those things, it is a great difference to be at Royall Cliff where it is quite and peacefull . The people who work there are all very polite and helpfull

Noise insulation inexistent

no good noise insulation neither of the main door of the room, neither of the walls between rooms. So we were disturbed by cleaning ladies at 7:30 and neighbors until 2am… The rest was good.
