There are many great dining options very close to the hotel. The gym, and sauna next to the hotel is excellent. Sometimes there nobody in the reception, and some days the room was not cleaned.

Very nice hotel. It is near a busy road, so can be noisy. I asked to change room, but unfortunately the hotel was full. Apart from that I had a great 3 days there, and would stay again.

This was the worst construction site hotel I've ever seen. I wonder if they've finally retrofitted the elevator. Make you pay for the pool in next doors gym. breakfast daily is beyond a joke

Decent budget accommodation

I have stayed in loads of budget hotels in Pattaya and this is one of the better ones, great gym, friendly staff and good location for me personally. Some may prefer a hotel closer to the action but this works for me with a lot of cheap eats and quieter bars around yet still not far from the busier areas and the beach. Only downside for me was the hotel seemed to allow guests to smoke in rooms and corridors and that caused a smell and secondly the room cleaners kept really strange times, a couple of times wed come back to the hotel at 4pm tired and wanting to rest before dinner but the cleaners would be making up the room, surely this would be better done earlier in the day? Just small niggles on the whole happy and would have no problem in staying again.

I have stayed here many times but this is the worst Hotel.com not only invited me to upgrade at considerable extra cost the room was on the ground floor next to building works going on at the hotel . it had a broken basin , cigarette burns over the bath, cups and tea, but no way to make it , the air con could not be used as it sounded a space ship on fire, also the room had a balcony with no way of ventilation and only amplified the noise of traffic all night. And let's not forget the staff banging and what ever you do around here. One more thing the whole place is going to pot. Maybe used for unsavoury things you don't want your wife or Childen to notice. There's more but my head is in hurting.
