Spacious clean, modern rooms, hotel situated conveniently close to everything but quiet for a good night sleep. Nice rooftop pool had no problem getting a lounge chair anytime of the day not like other hotels. Did have breakfast. It was OK can’t say anything bad because I was included free with my room. There is a gym which I did not use. There is also parking which I did not use but each time I stayed an additional stay, they accommodated me with the room upgrade, and any other request I made was granted with a smile. I also requested a late checkout, which again was happily granted to me. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely stay again. Housekeeping staff was excellent also.

Amazing gem of a little hotel. Great location. Central to everything but tucked away out of traffic. I booked 1 week here and kept My plans open ended and ended up extending my stay twice the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to this as well as any requests I had all week. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff. The young man and the young lady who speaks very good English at the front desk are genuinely very kind and friendly- the hotel is lucky to have them working there. Really made my stay enjoyable. The security as well. All around good operation I’ll be staying here again 100%

I chose the Journeyhub b/c I really enjoy a nice rooftop pool. And I liked this rooftop. I liked the beautiful green beach towels. The pool was plenty large. I loved the graffiti and art. There was plenty of sun to be had up here. The staff were very nice here. The location is also good b/c it's just enough away from the night life intensity, but also within walking distance should you want to head out on a Saturday night. I find the place very safe and all the other guests were civil.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel facilities are quite dated. The room was small but did have a balcony. Because there were only sheer curtains, it was not practical to open them during the day as there would be no privacy at all. The bathroom was also quite narrow, which may be uncomfortable for taller or larger guests. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from the seaside, but the surrounding area is rather noisy and the location is not ideal. Overall, considering the condition of the facilities and the location, the price feels slightly high for what is offered.

I had a blast at Journeyhub! Awesome hotel from start to finish. The A/C works like a charm (a concern I have when traveling abroad from the US). The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff is awesome and very helpful and friendly as well as the woman that runs the laundry shop outside of the hotel. Shout out to the guys who work at the rooftop bar. Centrally located close to an entire shopping mall with an extensive food court and a short walk to Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Beach.

The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the bathroom was very small and the toilet was somehow squeezed into the corner. The water was only lukewarm, and the rooftop pool was very run down and deserted. The Indian restaurant was not particularly appealing. The staff were friendly and we had no concerns about safety.
