the location is much better, walk to the Pattaya beach within 15mins. They have cover parking in a building, the floor put tile. The room has a dining table & 2 chairs plus one stool with wheels.

A senhora da recepção é extremamente grosseria, o chuveiro estava quebrando, tinha um grande vazamento no vaso sanitário, várias traças no teto e nas paredes e na reserva constava checkout as12h as 11h ela estava a bater em nossa porta

古い建物で、シャワールームにも清潔感がない。 だが、値段の安さを考えると、不満はない。 問題点としては、朝、近くに飲食できる店がないことが挙げられる。 だが、この予約で最も困らされたのは、エクスペディアの地図情報が誤っていたこと。 Google mapsで確認しなかったら、きっといつまでもホテルに辿り着けなかっただろう。

The lady at the reception is disgusting...... she is abusive...... the worst experience i have experience so far..... she doesn't know how to talk and behave..... you should delisting this hotel from your website , otherwise people will stop coming to your site

優點: 乾淨,安靜,便宜. 缺點, 設備老舊, 仍是舊的CRT 電視,建議 :交通必須自理,租摩托車, 當然門口就有Ｔaxi摩托車 .....

WAR mal ein super Apartmenthaus!

Bin schon seit Jahren in dem Haus.aber nun lässt der Zustand ziemlich zu wünschen übrig., Balkontüre lässt sich nicht mehr schließen bis zu einen Spalt von 5 cm und mehr. Im Bad ging das Licht nicht am Spiegel. War zum Rasieren zu dunkel. Als ich das an der Rezeption bemängelte wurde ich angefaucht ich soll doch das Zimmer wechseln. Als ich mir das andere Zimmer zeigen ließ funktionierte der Zimmersafe nicht und das Wasser in der Dusche tröpfelte nur etwas stärker. Wäre alles nicht so schlimm, bin schließlich in Thailand. Aber wenn ich dann nur noch von der " Dicken" an der Rezeption angeschnauzt werde, obwohl ich es nur gut meinte. Schließlich geht es ja auch ums Energiesparen, wenn schon die Klimaanlage über der Balkontüre hängt. Habe dann natürlich nicht verlängert und bin in ein anderes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. :) Habe später erfahren, das sich letzte Zeit schon mehr über die "Dicke" beschwert haben. Übrigends die"Dicke" soll keine Beleidigung sein. Weiß aber nicht wie sie heißt, aber mit der Beschreibung war sie in der ganzen Strasse bekannt :)

Hotel situé à la périphérie de la ville. Chambres types studio, très clean. Cet hotel ne dispose pas d'équipements particuliers, c'est plutot un "service appartement", pour nous ça a été un très bon séjour.

The Navin Mansion 3 is a very nice hotel at the right price. My wife and I enjoyed it very much and will definitely stay there again. It is in a nice quiet area but has everything you need within a short walking distance.

저렴하고 괜찮네요

저렴하고 괜찮다는 생각이 듭니다... 시설은 좋은 낡았지만 가격대비 크기나 기타 등등 괜찮아 보입니다. 와이파이도 잘되서 와이파이로 800kb~1000kb찍히고요.. 영화한편 받느데 3G기준 한 50분 걸립니다... 이정도면 매우 잘되는 편이죠...
