Close but not to close... a convenient 7-11 is located in every corner. Thai street vendors with pastries, fruits and meats. Taxi (motorbike) are ready to take you down to the beach or walking street (5-10min ride 70baht). At night the area is quiet and peaceful.

Nice hotel located in pattaya

I stayed at M Place two weeks in December this year while I was volunteering in pattaya. the hotel is really nice and the room is comfy and cozy, clean and very spacious. I had a great time over there. The owner of the hotel is a really nice person, very helpful and kind. He also took me to the bus station my last day! I recommend the hotel for sure.
