I’d never considered staying on third road, but I know a lot of of these properties that Mr. Lenore owns. They are always beautiful and traditional with modern touches. The staff in the kitchen and restaurant for breakfast must be applauded. They always kind courteous and happy with special mention to a lady by the name of Nuch

The hotel, staff, facilities, rooms and service were amazing. The one (and only) reason I won’t be booking again for my next stay in Pattaya in June is the road outside the hotel is an absolute nightmare to cross there are NO traffic lights OR pedestrian crossings and it’s one of the busiest roads in Pattaya to cross. You literally take your life in your hands every time you try to get over it… even late at night. It’s simply too big a risk to take in future, which is a shame because everything else about the hotel would have lent me to going back there in June.

Very luxurious appearance, plenty of public areas to sit and relax. Pool was nice, breakfast had several choices and was reasonably priced. The doorman was very happy to help us book a taxi back to the airport and advised us how much time to leave.
