I choose the Metropole because it is close to where I want to be; car parking is easy; the rooms are always clean and well presented; I can regulate the shower water to the right heat and it doesn’t drop off like some other establishments; the bed is good to sleep in and the pillows are good; the staff are all pleasant and helpful; there’s good choice for breakfast and the check-in/checkout processes are smooth and speedy.

What really makes the stay enjoyable is the excellent staff—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything you need.
