The property is pretty dated, but the bed was comfortable. Little tiny bugs crawl around the bathroom sink and tub areas. Outside is party central, and so is the traffic; it's easy to get hit by a motorbike on Soi Buakhao, as I did. If you want nightlife, you're in the center.

A nice gem in the middle of the craziness

A really good value and fantastic room. I stayed in a one bedroom. Front desk friendly, great service, including the maid and other staff. Breakfast buffet decent and eggs cooked to order

Hotel is lovely but old showing , back in the days would have been the dogs , breakfast ok plenty of options outside , nice pool , massage good available down stairs , handy for everythinjk restaurants mail bars clubs etc , all walking distance , would stay again if price was ok

A good choice for a good time

A nice convenient hotel that is close to the nightlife and just a stones throw from Pattaya or Jontiem beach. Several good restaurants nearby too.
